Similar to a Proteus Plus (same waveforms), swapping sub I/O for MPS dual effects processors (model 9026). Same platform as Classic Keys Architecture Class: Rompler.

The Emu Proteus FX is a 1U rack, 32 voice multitimbral, velocity and pressure sensitive, Rock and Pop sample based synthesizer (8MB 16 bit sample ROM), featuring tone control, dual LFOs, dedicated dual amp and auxiliary AHDSR envelopes, chorus, dual effects processors, and MIDI, along with 256 preset and 256 user program memories.
