The Yamaha CS2x is a pressure and velocity sensitive 61 key (64 voice multitimbral) GM compatible sample based synthesizer, featuring up to 4 elements, 88 effects (reverb, chorus, variation), MIDI, and 512 presets (256 editable). Each element features an AWM2 (XG/TG300B compatible samples) source, digital resonant low pass filter, dedicated (4 stage) amplitude, pitch, and filter envelopes, an LFO (saw, triangle, random waveforms).
