Keyboard version updated to look similar to an EPS (moved disk drive, new graphics, etc). Expansion port was swapped for pseudo-stereo outputs (even/odd voices are assigned to opposite outputs). In addition to sampling, the Mirage family features the ability to transfer ESQ-1 sounds and sequences via MIDI for disk storage. The "Input Sampling Filter" cartridge (requiring MASOS disk) allowed 50kHz sampling and included a 7 pole input filter. |
